Reviews
Nice food hall with Italian, Japanese, Thai, and Seafood options. I had pizza because I was in a hurry, but it was great. It's in a corner lot. A parking lot sits across the street.
We ate at Margeaux's and had a dozen Oysters served with a tasty vinegar based dipping sauce, then we finished off our meal at The Blind Goat and had the Beef Bulgogi! Everything was fresh and made to order in front of you. You can sign up via your phone and order your food before you get there, you will receive a text when your food is ready, so easy and convenient. We love absolutely love going to the Bravery Chef Hall!
We love coming here! So many great options to choose from. The pizza at BOH is really good, my daughter loves the Blind Goat and Kokoro, Margaux’s oysters are delicious, the steak at Cherry Block is one of my favorites and the Secret Garden has some amazing drinks and the wine bar is fantastic.
Took the kids. They have a variety of places to eat. Gourmet pizza up front. Oysters and Mexican food in the back. There were several bars and a outside seating area that seemed a little more brownish than the other areas. We gathered food from a couple of places and shared.
Absolutely love this next level food court style dining experience. So many options I had to make 2 trips (if it were up to me I'd have been there everyday) We drank at The Italian Job Coffee and Cocktails and ate at Margaux's and Figo Sugo. Anytime I'm back in Houston this will be a definite stop!
I dined in here for lunch yesterday (late afternoon on a Saturday) with a friend and really enjoyed my experience.
Food: I ordered from The Blind Goat and ate at their bar. The service was straightforward and overall quick. I ordered the lamb curry and the sticky wings. The Lamb Curry was just okay. It tasted bland and the portion was standard. The taste didn’t match the cost at all ($17). I guess for the appearance and location in this food hall, I really thought the food was going to be amazing. The sticky wings were pretty good, a few of my wings weren’t evenly coated but other than that they were good.
Drink: from the Wine Bar (directly across the Blind Goat), the bartender/owner was very friendly and welcoming. I order a glass of Moscato D'asti for myself (delicious, I need to know the brand) and a glass of blood orange mimosa for my friend.
Atmosphere: I really love that this food hall has so many seating options including outside directly across from the “Houston is Inspired” mural. The interior is nice and modern and a place I want to bring friends to for a hang-out. There is a good variety of restaurants in this food hall and I look forward to trying a different restaurant the next time I return. This food hall is work a visit and is located in downtown.
So lovely here. The atmosphere is relaxed and modern. Very Instagram-y. Feel like I could dress up or down and still fit in.
Had a lunch date here with my husband. Enjoyed a Matcha Latte from The Italian Job. Then got a couple sushi rolls from Kokoro. Filled up with Fungi pizza from BOH pizza & pasta. Everything was amazing! The service was professional and top notch.
Visited twice. The space is really nice and spacious with seating at the bar, some booths and standalone tables. There is also pretty cool outdoor patio. Total of 5 restaurants and 3 bars. The food is pretty good overall, but can be inconsistent between the vendors. Overall good first impressions, but expected more from it. Will give it another try for sure.
